The Sunday Soirée is a part of The Morgan Adams Concours d’Elegance and invites car enthusiasts to gather for cars, coffee, and community.

The Sunday Soirée will take place on Sunday, August 25th at the stunning Sanctuary Golf Course.

The Morgan Adams Concours d’Elegance is a 3-day event produced by The Morgan Adams Foundation, a nonprofit organization that funds pediatric cancer research.

Information for Spectators

What to expect:

  • Cars will be displayed on the 9th Fairway.
  • General Admission tickets include a hand-held breakfast item and drink ticket.
  • Free parking for the public will be available in the Sanctuary parking lot. Overflow parking will be available in designated areas along Daniels Park Road with golf cart shuttles available.

Tickets:

  • General Admission: $25 for Adults, $15 for Under 21 Years
    Children under 2 are free
  • General Admission ticket includes one (1) hand-held breakfast item and one (1) drink ticket.
  • Additional tickets for food and drink will be available for purchase.
  • Tickets for The Sunday Soirée are nonrefundable, but may be transferred or given away.

  • Are outside food/beverages allowed?
    No outside food or beverages are allowed into the event. 
  • Where do I park? 
    There is limited parking at Sanctuary Golf Course. Overflow parking is available in designated areas along Daniels Park Road with golf cart shuttles.
    Due to the BMW Championship PGA event happening down the road, carpooling is strongly advised.
  • Is ADA parking available?
    Ticketed attendees with a state-issued handicap parking placard may park in designated spots in the Sanctuary parking lot. Shuttles from remote parking areas will be available if all ADA parking spots are taken.
  • Are pets allowed at the event?
    Pets are not allowed at Sanctuary Golf Course or inside any venue of The Sunday Soirée.  Service animals specifically trained to aid a ticketed individual with disabilities are welcome.

Other Information:

  • Outside golf carts are not permitted on the property at Sanctuary Golf Course.
  • Seating on the field is very limited. We will have some picnic blankets and a few tables and chairs available.

Information For Exhibitors

Arrival Details:

  • Access to Sanctuary Golf Course for exhibitors will open at 7:30am.
  • Please plan to arrive by 8:00am to ensure adequate time to get parked and account for any additional traffic due to the BMW Championship PGA event at Castle Pines Golf Club.
  • Cars arriving after 8:45am WILL NOT be allowed to participate in The Sunday Soirée and will forfeit all entry fees.

Registration and Fees:

  • Cars must be pre-registered for The Sunday Soirée.
  • Registration of your vehicle includes two (2) admissions with two (2) hand-held breakfast items and two (2) drink tickets.
  • VIP Owner’s Breakfast is available for $100 per couple

Display Details:

  • Burnouts, speeding, and revving engines will not be tolerated.
  • Vehicle registration fees are nonrefundable. If you cannot attend or the show is canceled, you will not receive a refund. The Sunday Soirée is an event of The Morgan Adams Foundation to help kids and teens with cancer.
  • All show cars and vendors are expected to remain on display from 9:00-11:00am. If you need to leave due to an emergency, you must find an event staff member and request an escort off the show field.
  • Due to public safety, NO MOVING VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THE SHOW AREA without an event staff escort. If you move your vehicle during the event without an escort, you will not be invited to participate in future events.
  • NO PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS will be allowed in or on show cars unless parked within a designated paid Sponsor/Vendor space. Vehicles displaying promotional material will be asked to remove the materials or leave the show. No refunds will be given.
Information for the Dawn Parade: 
  • We are planning a Parade Route for those vehicles moving from the Morgan Adams Concours d’Elegance Saturday night venue to the Sanctuary Golf Course on Sunday morning. The suggested route map is below.
  • Cars choosing to caravan will form up at the Centennial Airport hangar at 7:00am on Sunday, August 25th. The route will be lead-follow, so please plan to be queued up by 6:50am.
  • For Morgan Adams Concours d’Elegance exhibitors who are NOT planning to caravan, this suggested route will also be printed for you and in your Saturday evening check in packets.
