2024 Morgan Adams Concours EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Thank you for your interest in becoming part of the Morgan Adams Concours d'Elegance!

The Morgan Adams Concours d’Elegance is the premier Charity Concours in the Rocky Mountain Region and showcases an exceptional display of automobiles, aircraft and motorcycles from private collections across the country. From significant pre-war vehicles to the finest new exotics, there is something for everyone.

It is also the signature event of The Morgan Adams Foundation, a nationally recognized pediatric cancer research organization headquartered in Denver, Colorado. Event proceeds further our overarching mission: to fund critically needed new treatment options for kids, teens, and young adults with cancer. This very special and incredibly important event will bring together 2,000 guests — philanthropists, industry enthusiasts, and collectors from across the country, all in support of The Morgan Adams Foundation.

Your participation in this event makes the evening truly spectacular, and moreover, it is truly life-saving. We are so glad you’d like to join us!

The Morgan Adams Concours d’Elegance
August 24, 2024 from 6-10pm
Centennial Airport in Englewood, Colorado

This Annual Static Display Collection rotates by more than 30% each year, offering our guests the opportunity to see, learn and talk about spectacular machines rarely seen together. If you have not applied to be a part of this event in the past, please read the following information carefully!

The Sunday Soirée
August 25, 2024 from 9-11am
Sanctuary Golf Course in Castle Pines, Colorado

Last year we added a few extra exciting events to celebrate 20 years. They were such a success, we’ve decided to keep them! While most cars & coffee events are a more casual environment, ours is an extension of the evening before with room for more.

This event will also be a curated collection selected by our committee but will allow for more cars to be shown due to less space constraints and will be more accessible to the public.

The other events listed on the registration page are not curated and are open registration. We hope you’ll join us for one or all of these events during this exciting weekend.

2024 Criteria and Tips

The Morgan Adams Concours d’Elegance displays vehicles selected by committee.

Through our show collection, we strive to represent the full production history of the aviation, automotive, and motorcycle industries, focusing on rarely seen, low production collectible machines. Many factors are taken into consideration each year; the following information and guidelines are offered to help clarify the consideration given to each vehicle.

Vehicles are to be ‘original’ in nature. They may be restored to original configuration or presented as they left the manufacturer immediately post-production. Automobiles should be well preserved or in excellent restored condition. At this time, replicas, clones, or tributes of original cars cannot be accepted. A limited number of “barn finds” in original condition may be considered. The Morgan Adams Concours places a special emphasis on rare vehicles with low production numbers but may accept other models if they add a sense of completeness and balance to the show. If you have shown a vehicle with us before, we encourage you to bring a different vehicle so that our generous guests can see something they have not seen before. It is our goal that vehicles not be shown more than once every three years.

Please note the following:

  • Please return your completed application no later than JUNE 30, 2024; however please submit your application as soon as possible! Each marque or class is limited to a pre-determined number of show cars – your early reply enables us to balance the Annual Display.
  • Our entry fee is a suggested donation of $50 and will support The Morgan Adams Foundation’s mission to help kids and teens with cancer.
If your vehicle is selected, you will receive two general admission entries for you and a guest, a value of $550.
If your vehicle is not selected, your entry fee becomes a tax-deductible donations. Although your vehicle may not be selected for the Saturday evening Morgan Adams Concours event, you may still be accepted to show at The Sunday Soireè.
  • Please complete a separate application for each vehicle that you are interested in showing.
  • Please submit exterior photos and at least one interior photo of your vehicle with your application. Photos are for staff use only and will not be shared.
  • Include a brief description of the vehicle (150 words or less).
  • Please contact The Morgan Adams Foundation office with questions by calling 303-758-2130.

2024 Award Information

As The Morgan Adams Concours is first and foremost a charity fundraiser, we do not host traditional formal judging by class or marque. However, we do have honorary judges for each industry (Automobile, Aircraft and Motorcycle), all of whom have strong backgrounds in their respective fields to these volunteer positions. To be considered for one of the following awards, please indicate so on your Exhibitor Application.
