2024 Morgan Adams Concours d’Elegance on August 24, 2024

We continue to monitor local, state, and Federal guidelines closely to ensure that all guests will be safe at the event. Please make sure you check back for updates.

What should I wear?
While we are all come-as-you-are folks and that’s what you would find at a typical car show, this event is special. We have found our guests are more comfortable in attire most closely defined as business casual, but be sure to wear comfortable shoes. Check out the photo galleries to see pictures from past events.

Please be careful when planning your clothing accessories. Do not carry large purses, camera bags, etc. Our exhibitors are very generous and don’t require their vehicles to be stanchioned. We do not want to cause any damage to these exhibits, so please be extremely cautious when viewing.

Are children welcome?
While kids are welcome – we love ‘em and this event specifically benefits children – we must strongly caution parents that if you choose to bring your child, s/he must be accompanied at all times by a responsible adult. The event features many vehicles valued at over $1 million dollars and we want to make sure everyone has a safe and relaxed experience. Because the highly valued exhibits on display are not stanchioned off, strollers are not allowed to prevent damage to the vehicles, aircraft, and motorcycles.

Do children need a ticket?
Yes. Because there is a limited amount of space at the event and in accordance with airport regulations, all attendees must be ticketed.

What are the parking arrangements?
We provide valet service at the event entry. Self-parking is available as well in the lot to the south of the Signature Aviation South Executive Terminal.

Will dinner be served?
Heavy hors d’ oeuvres and desserts are provided by the finest restaurants and caterers in the city.

Will the event be canceled or delayed due to weather?
The Morgan Adams Concours d’Elegance is a RAIN OR SHINE event!

Is my dog allowed to attend?
Animals or pets of any type are not allowed at the event; however, certified service animals are permitted.

Is the event handicap accessible?
Yes. Wheelchairs and other assistance devices are maneuverable through the hangar and the ramp.  Please use caution when viewing the attractions on display.

Can I get a refund for my ticket or table purchase, or my donation?
This is a charity event and tickets, tables, and donations are non-refundable. If you need to transfer your tickets or table to another person, you can do so using the link in your confirmation email. Please contact us if you have any questions.
