Parking:

If you choose to drive yourself, we’ve made it simple! Use our on-site valet service provided by Jay’s Valet and skip the search for a parking spot. Jay’s Valet will be located on the south side of the building near the Executive Terminal entrance. Look for the attendants in yellow.

Self-service parking is available in the lot directly south of Signature Aviation North. (Please respect our friends at The Perfect Landing restaurant!)

Or, take a ride share so you can be stress-free!

The parking lot fills up quickly. Please, do not park on Peoria. [Cars parked on Peoria risk being towed.]

Overflow parking is available south on Peoria (see map at the bottom of this page). Shuttles will be running.

Arrival:

When you arrive, please enter the event through the Signature Aviation Executive Terminal entrance and proceed to the Check-In tables.

Check-In:

There are no hard tickets required for the event — just provide your name to the attendant. You will be able to opt in to receive text message notifications about the auction and provide a credit card to speed up your checkout process at the end of the event.

Please note: Due to Arapahoe County regulations, all attendees will be asked to show a form of government-issued identification to verify their age. All attendees under the age of 21 and anyone who is unable to provide identification will be required to wear a wristband and will not be served alcohol. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this causes you. To expedite the process as much as possible, we kindly request that you have your ID out and ready when you arrive.

Visit the Silent Auction tables located in the tent outside the hangars! Bid high and bid often on fantastic one-of-a-kind items!

You’ll find auction details on the back cover of the catalog you receive at check-in. Tablets will be available on the silent auction tables for you to use to bid. If there are any questions about how to place bids, you can find support at Check-In for a personalized training session. You are not required to use your smartphone to bid.

If you win an auction item, we’ll have it ready for you to take home at the end of the evening. Please don’t leave without it!

This event raises money to help kids with cancer.

Your support enables crucial research and treatments for kids and teens with cancer.

Many of them are kids who have run out of options and the work you are funding is literally (really truly) saving lives.

If you get out-bid on an auction item or you don’t find just the perfect fit, there will be other times during the evening for you to “raise your paddle” and make a donation to help kids with cancer. You will go home with a happy heart knowing you have helped give some very sick kids, teens, and young adults a chance at a future.
