Volunteers Needed! PLENTY of opportunities available!
The Morgan Adams Concours d’Elegance is manned completely by volunteers – and while we have many aircraft and automobile enthusiasts who love to work at the event, we can always use more hands!

If you have a preferred duty, please let us know and sign up early.

(In the event that all the positions you request are taken, please note that we will assign you to where we have the greatest need).

Additional notes:

• All hands available for event day setup and breakdown are welcome.
  
  
• We begin at 6:00pm the night before the event, wrapping up approximately 10:00 pm that evening. On the event day, we start again at 8:00am until party time. Breakdown begins the day after the event at 10:00am. Meals for these setup periods are provided!
  
  
• Event-only volunteers need to report for “duty” at 3:30 pm for event orientation. Dinner will be provided.
  
  
• Staying until midnight to help pack up the event would be appreciated.
  
  
• Event Volunteers will be given a Morgan Adams Concours polo shirt to keep – please wear this during the event with black jeans/Khakis as the “uniform” for the evening.
  
  
• Thanks for being willing to help! We are working toward such an important goal – raising money to help find a cure for pediatric cancer. Your efforts on behalf of these very sick children are deeply appreciated.
